For over 26 years, my journey has been guided by two parallel passions—building successful organizations and building stronger communities.
Professionally, I have worked with leading global technology and cybersecurity companies, driving business growth, strategic partnerships, enterprise transformation, and market expansion across India and South Asia. This experience shaped my leadership style, emphasizing integrity, collaboration, innovation, and execution.
Alongside my corporate career, I became deeply involved in community service. What began as active participation within my own residential society gradually evolved into a larger mission of improving urban governance and enhancing the quality of life for residents living in high-rise communities.
Today, as Secretary General of NOFAA, I work closely with Apartment Owners Associations, Resident Welfare Associations, government departments, civic authorities, policymakers, and industry leaders to build safer, greener, and more sustainable communities.

Through NOFAA, I actively work on initiatives involving fire safety, electric vehicle infrastructure, environmental sustainability, healthcare, waste management, disaster preparedness, regulatory reforms, and resident awareness programs.
